Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets. Service dogs are welcome.

Service dogs are trained to do work or perform a task for persons with disabilities. Comfort and/ or emotional support animals are not service animals and are not recognized by the ADA.

Do you allow smoking?

We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms. Violations to this policy will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. We do have plenty of outdoor seating and you are welcome to smoke outside. Please be respectful of other guests if smoking in the patio area.

Is breakfast included?

Each adult guest will receive a breakfast voucher for $12 to use at CoffeeCo Cafe, which is located next door. You can use the voucher for dine in or takeout.

Kids under 12 stay for free and do not receive a breakfast voucher. Kids over 12 are considered an adult guest and will receive a breakfast voucher.

What is your check in time?

Check in starts at 3:00 pm and our office closes at 8:00 pm. If you will be a late arrival, please call us for instructions.

Early check-ins are granted based on availability, please call us prior to arrival to request an early check-in.
